Ordering from Free Love Boutique
When you place an order with freeloveboutique.com, you will be able to check your order and correct any errors as part of the checkout process. We will send you an automatic order confirmation by email, detailing the products you have ordered via automatic email. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we have received payment and dispatched your order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by automatic email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has not been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept your order in the following circumstances:
- a) where goods are not available;
- b) where we can not obtain authorisation for your payment; \r\n
- c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
- d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Acceptance of your order
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and freeloveboutique.com shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the item(s) ordered unless we have the same in stock and they are available at the prices specified. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or there is a discrepancy with the price of the item, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order or given when you set up your personal account with freeloveboutique.com. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email within 48 hours, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order should you have selected more than 1 item. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
Pricing
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT. Where we charge separately for packaging, carriage and insurance and any other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown at Step 5 of the payment procedure entitled Order Review.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch or Solo debit cards. We apologise for any inconvenience but we do not accept payment by American Express.
You may also place your order by telephone by calling us on +44 (0)1481 716636, Monday to Saturday, 9.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m (GMT) (excluding public holidays in the UK). The credit/debit card that is being used to pay for the order must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order but we will inform you of such refusal by email. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
