Returns
Please send all returns to Free Love Boutique, 11 Mill Street, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY1 1HG.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date, except in the case of International Orders which may be refunded or exchanged within 21 days of our dispatch date. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item before returning it to us to obtain a Personal Returns Authorisation Reference by emailing us at info@freeloveboutique.com. You must include within the parcel you are returning to us, the original receipt that was enclosed with your order. Please also write your Personal Returns Authorisation Reference on the receipt. Freeloveboutique.com reserves the right to refuse to accept any returned items that do not have an official Personal Returns Authorisation Reference. Please contact us on +44 (0)1481 716636 if you prefer to obtain your Personal Returns Authorisation Reference by telephone.
Postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of faulty or damaged goods. All orders are checked thoroughly for faults or damage prior to dispatch.
The item(s) you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original packaging and garment tags still attached as we will not accept any item with any indication that is has been used or worn. In such cases, freeloveboutique.com reserves the right to refuse to accept such item(s) and to return the same to the purchaser without refund.
All footwear must be returned within its original box/packaging. In such cases where footwear is returned without its original box/packaging, freeloveboutique.com reserves the right to refuse to accept such footwear and to return the same to the purchaser without refund.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.
It is advisable to send returned items via registered post and keep proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Returns received after 14 days from dispatch date are accepted at the discretion of Free Love Boutique.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid, less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected.

As above, before returning a sale item to us, you must notify us within 48 hours of returning it to obtain a Personal Returns Authorisation Reference by emailing us at info@freeloveboutique.com or telephoning +44 (0)1481 716636 Monday to Saturday, 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m (GMT) (excluding Sundays and public holidays in the UK). All item(s) must be returned in new, unused and unworn condition with garment tags still attached and footwear must be within its original box/packaging. Should the price of the sale item you are returning to us have been reduced on our site since purchase, we will refund you the price shown online at the time of return.
