Purchasing

You will be sent an acknowledgement of your order by automatic e-mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 (three) working days subject to the following:

a) credit clearance;
b) address verification; and,
c) availability of the item(s).

To receive an order confirmation by automatic email, you must supply us with a valid email address at the time of creating your personal account with freeloveboutique.com. If you have any difficulties or problems ordering items, we will be happy to help you place an order by telephone and give advice on items offered on our website or help with any other queries. Our telephone number is +44 (0)1481 716646 and the boutique is open Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m (GMT) (excluding public holidays in the UK).

Payment can be made securely by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch or Solo debit cards. We apologise for any inconvenience but we do not accept payment by American Express.

Product Availability

All of the items displayed are subject to availability and will be labelled ‘sold out’ where possible should the item no longer be available for purchase. If items ordered are out of stock, we will attempt to contact you via the email address you provided us with when placing your order or from the details you provided when creating your personal account with freeloveboutique.com. If we cannot contact you or we do not receive a response to our email within 3 (three) working days, we will process the remaining items on your order should you have selected more than 1 item.

We have taken great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible, however, colour clarity will depend upon individual monitors and therefore we cannot guarantee that the images on our site will be of the exact colour or representation of the actual merchandise but we will endeavour to produce as true a representation as possible of each and every item.
