Delivery
We will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. At freeloveboutique.com we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days, however, we do ask for your patience during busy periods and public holidays in the UK. Please see our Shipping Costs and Delivery Details below.
Our boutique opening hours are 9.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m, Monday to Saturday and orders placed online during Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding public holidays in the UK).
Your order will be delivered to your billing address in the first instance but can be delivered to an alternative address provided your billing address is also supplied and verified when placing your order.
Your order will be wrapped and securely packaged by us and dispatched providing the following:
a) the item(s) are available;
b) the delivery address has been verified; and
c) payment has been approved.
You will be sent an automatic email confirming receipt of your order and once your order has been dispatched, an automatic email confirming the same which will also include a Personal Shipping Reference for use should we/you need to track your order.
It is customary for the postal/courier companies that we choose to use to leave a notification card with their contact information should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, however, this may not always be the case and freeloveboutique.com will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Details
The following is an indication of our shipping costs (as at September 2009). The amounts may be updated from time to time as and when local postage rates are amended.
UK Standard Signed For Delivery £4.50
(Please allow 2 – 3 business days)Once placed, orders dispatched for registered delivery in the UK are generally delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch. UK Special Delivery £8.50
(Please allow 1 – 2 business days)Once placed, orders dispatched for special delivery in the UK are generally delivered within 24 - 48 hours from the time of dispatch. For next day delivery, please place orders before 12.00 noon (GMT) as we cannot guarantee next day delivery of orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT). At freeloveboutique.com we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries that are due to circumstances beyond our control.
European Signed For Delivery £12.00
(Please allow 5 – 8 business days)Once orders destined for Europe are placed and dispatched for delivery, they are generally delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch. At freeloveboutique.com we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time, we can not accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries that are due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Registered Delivery £20.00
